Ethan Goodrich is the Founder and CEO of Goodrich Residential, LLC. As a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire, Ethan has always been drawn to not only business itself, but largely to the importance of good old-fashioned customer service.
Ethan strives to be more than just a real estate agent. Yes, Goodrich Residential has superior market listings, yet Ethan fine-tunes his focus on match-making, fitting his client’s specific needs with his or her ideal home. In Ethan’s eyes, in order to achieve this, an agent’s job is to listen, share local expertise, and most importantly provide results that are catered to the client, not the other way around.
